The Sansthan runs vocational training in tailoring, embroidery, dairy, poultry, beekeeping, food processing, mobile repairing and computers.
So that work does not stall after training, we help arrange raw material, equipment and seed capital. Established businesspeople from the community join in as mentors.
Most important of all, the community's market should belong to the community. Goods made here reach buyers through Sansthan fairs, stores and online channels.
